1. Who we are

ATLAS Caribe DMC is a destination management company based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. You can reach us at info@atlascaribe.com.

2. What the Service offers

The Service lets you browse private airport transfers and excursions, request a booking, look up an existing reservation and manage a traveler account. Prices, availability and descriptions are shown for information and may change until a booking is confirmed.

3. Your traveler account

You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or, where offered, with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure and for everything done through your account.

Your account shows the bookings made with the same email address. You must give accurate information and may only use an email address that belongs to you.

• Do not share one-time codes with anyone.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

4. Bookings and payment

A booking request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it to you. Please check flight numbers, dates, times and passenger numbers carefully: we plan pickups from the details you provide.

The price, what is included and any cancellation or change conditions that apply to a service are shown with that service and in your confirmation. Those conditions apply to that booking.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful or to submit false or misleading information;
• attempt to access other people's accounts or bookings;
• interfere with the Service, scrape it at scale, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

6. Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and design of the Service belong to ATLAS Caribe or its licensors. You may view them for your own travel planning, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

7. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free. Travel services can be affected by weather, flight delays, traffic and other events outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party services

Signing in with Google is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. Our website links to social networks and other sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Dominican Republic, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
